Exchanges And Returns
We have a flexible Exchange and Returns policy
Manufacturing Faults
We at Grundies pride ourselves on quality and as a result only use the best materials and makers available.
However in an event that you receive a faulty garment please contact us immediately.
Upon return of the faulty garment we will exchange or refund you the cost including all postage charges.
Refund/Exchange
If you receive your Grundies product and are not completely satisfied we will happily refund or exchange it providing it was bought within the last 100 working days and still in its original condition.
However we are not responsible for any postage during this process.
Deliveries
Deliveries can take up to 10 working days depending on destination.However in rare circumstances custom checks may push delivery out by up to 4 weeks.
